Overview:

Physician Liaison

Are you the type of person that can connect easily with others and who wants to make a difference for children with autism?

Our growing healthcare start up is looking for a relationship-oriented liaison to create and maintain relationships with referral source across their local markets, resulting in new client referrals for our ABA clinics. Relationships will be built with physicians, hospital networks, social workers, SLPs, OTs, community organizations, autism nonprofits, and more.

Our company works with children with autism providing ABA therapy and is expanding into new locations quickly.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with professional referral sources: doctors, case managers, and therapists in the area through various digital and in-person outreach tactics
  • Collect and maintain a database of up-to-date contact information for professional referral sources in your region.
  • Must be willing to travel in a car to various doctors offices and events.
  • Maintain positive relationships with top referral sources through consistently weekly interaction.
  • Talk to families and parents on the phone through the first part of our ABA intake process.
  • Follow up on all client leads in our CRM and follow up where needed with families.
  • Represent Helping Hands Family at various community and industry events, to help attract new referral sources, clients. and promote brand awareness.
  • Accurately track referral sources and conversions from each source.

Required Skills and Competencies

? 2+ years of experience in the Sales/Customer Service or Social Work Industry

? 1+ year in the healthcare or mental health field preferred

? Bachelors degree required

? Strong communication and presentation skills

? Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and other field programs specific to our industry.
