About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Field Operations Manager to join our team at Aftermath Services. As a key member of our leadership team, you will oversee the successful completion of jobs and provide exceptional customer service.

Job Summary:

  • Supervise the execution of biohazard remediation projects from start to finish.
  • Collaborate with our experienced crime scene cleanup professionals to ensure timely and professional service delivery.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to resolve issues and exceed client expectations.
  • Manage paperwork and administrative tasks related to job execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead on-site customer interactions with empathy and professionalism.
  • Accurately estimate and advise on project scopes.
  • Sell tailored scopes of work based on client needs.
  • Oversee the effective communication of project details to internal teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience in biohazard remediation or a related field.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with OSHA safety protocols and IICRC compliance.

Salary and Benefits:
