Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Efficiently manage the delivery of guests' luggage, messages, and other items throughout the property.
  • Provide personalized orientation of guest accommodations in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Maintain a visible presence in the lobby, acting as a representative of our brand and delivering exceptional service.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in a luxury hospitality setting is preferred.
  • A service-oriented personality is essential for success in this role.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing pressure effectively.
  • Strong communication skills and a polished appearance are required.
  • Collaborative spirit to work harmoniously with team members.
