Position Summary
As a Guest Services Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, welcoming them with warmth and professionalism. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting and escorting guests to their accommodations.
  • Opening doors and assisting guests as they enter and exit the property.
  • Providing information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
  • Explaining room features and assisting with luggage transport.
  • Arranging transportation services and communicating parking procedures.

It is essential to maintain a clean and professional appearance while adhering to company policies and procedures. You will also:

  • Monitor the premises for any undesirable individuals.
  • Ensure guest needs are anticipated and addressed promptly.
  • Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Maintain positive relationships with team members.

Physical Requirements
As part of your role, you will need to:

  • Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
  • Lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
  • Navigate uneven surfaces and stairs.

Preferred Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: No prior experience required.
Supervisory Experience: Not applicable.
License or Certification: None required.
