Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support for computer users via phone and in-person.
- Maintain and update work order systems to ensure accurate tracking of technical issues.
- Effectively diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctioning computer or network devices, including hardware and software issues.
- Communicate effectively with staff and students regarding maintenance of technology.
- Actively monitor and report compliance with the district's technology service level agreement.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Customer service experience.
- Hardware troubleshooting skills.
- Software troubleshooting experience.
- Operating system experience.
- Excellent knowledge of desktops, laptops, and other common peripheral devices.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs up to a height of 4 feet occasionally.
This is a summer position, and the selected candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of dedicated professionals.
