Client Support Specialist

As a Client Support Specialist at CaterTrax, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns related to the CaterTrax platform. This role involves troubleshooting technical issues, configuring and maintaining client sites, and collaborating with the Client Care Lead to identify process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Tickets and Correspondence
- Respond to client requests and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Perform troubleshooting to identify root causes of technical issues.
- Communicate with clients regarding resolutions and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the Client Care Lead to identify areas for process improvement.
- Maintain client sites based on CaterTrax system updates and client requests.
- Configure system settings for client sites.
- Refer clients to the Training Department for training gaps.
- Update client site documentation as needed.
- Assist Managed Services with projects as requested.
- Participate in team meetings to understand priorities and offer suggestions for process improvement.
- Provide recommendations for product and process development based on client feedback.
This is a hybrid position located in Rochester, NY. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
