About the Role:

TalentBridge is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Client Support Specialist to join our team. As a Client Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy of contract details and maintaining billing data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set Up Contracts: Verify and enter contract details into our system to ensure accuracy.
  • Maintain Billing Data: Keep customer information, contract terms, pricing, and billing cycles up-to-date.
  • Coordinate Changes: Collaborate with internal and external teams to manage contract changes efficiently.
  • Manage Accounts: Handle customer account tasks, including removals, relocations, cancellations, and other account-related activities.
  • Support Billing Efforts: Assist with meter collection and contract billing processes.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Data entry, customer service, order processing, or billing experience preferred but not required.
  • Skills: Organized, detail-oriented, and excellent at multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Excel (sorting, filtering, merging cells).
  • Communication: Strong ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
  • Self-Motivated: Able to learn on-the-job and through self-learning.
