Position Overview

The Customer Engagement Associate is a vital communication professional dedicated to delivering prompt and courteous assistance to clients. This role involves addressing inquiries, identifying client needs, and providing immediate support.

Upon joining our dynamic and goal-oriented team, the Customer Engagement Associate will undergo a comprehensive two-week training program designed to cultivate expertise in:

  • Our diverse range of products and services
  • Understanding market demographics
  • Consultative sales methodologies
  • Account setup, delivery options, and installation processes
  • Adhering to compliance protocols and managing sensitive customer information
  • And additional relevant topics

As a Customer Engagement Associate, you will utilize a lead-based system to interact with clients. The primary goal of each engagement is to welcome, qualify, recommend, and finalize sales. Therefore, our associates must exhibit hospitality, professionalism, empathy, and active listening skills. Your responsibilities will also include:

  • Adhering to all health and safety guidelines while interacting with clients, ensuring the well-being of both parties is our utmost priority.
  • Accurately completing, submitting, and archiving product and service order documentation in line with our privacy standards.
  • Contributing to the evaluation of current onboarding and training practices, identifying opportunities to enhance customer relationships and streamline the sales process.
  • Collaborating with fellow team members to establish achievable customer outreach and acquisition goals.
  • Upholding our core values and demonstrating them in every interaction with customers, colleagues, and clients.

Success in this role requires:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a client-facing role. Candidates with backgrounds in retail or hospitality often excel due to their strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
