**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled SEM Lead to join our Paid Search Marketing team. As a SEM Lead, you will be responsible for owning the SEM strategy and implementing it for our clients, while continuing to innovate and forge a path within the SEM channel.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Exceed client goals by leading paid search initiatives and developing effective search marketing strategies.
- Serve as a primary contact for SEM client relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
- Help execute search programs and participate in thought leadership to stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends.
- Lead SEM strategies hand-in-hand with other PMG team members and the client to ensure successful campaign execution.
- Provide quality assurance, technical guidance, and tactical support to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Coach junior team members to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
**Requirements**
- 4+ years of related work experience in digital marketing, preferably in a paid search marketing role.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and training skills to effectively communicate with clients and team members.
- High level of emotional intelligence to understand and manage client expectations.
- Ability to provide thought leadership within the search landscape and stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and team members.
- Strong team player with a collaborative mindset to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel or SQL to analyze campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
- Self-motivated and likes to learn new tools and technology to stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends.
