Job Summary

The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth within assigned territories, developing business plans, and maintaining deep relationships with customers. This role requires a consultative sales approach, educational expertise, and a strong understanding of the orthodontic industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including orthodontists and their professional and clinical teams
  • Provide timely response and resolution to customer requests, including product information, pricing, and delivery timelines
  • Stay up-to-date on new products and market trends, and communicate this information to customers
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 5+ years of related industry experience, including customer relationship and account management
  • Ability to travel 30% overnight
  • Strong clinical and technical knowledge, with the confidence to engage customers
  • Professional presence and emotional intelligence
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proven selling and customer relationship management skills
  • Ability to effectively manage assigned accounts and drive utilization
  • Strong verbal, computer, written, and presentation/communication skills
  • Agile thinking and ability to adapt to changing market conditions
