Position Overview:
As a key player in a leading financial services firm, you will be responsible for architecting and implementing sophisticated solutions for the organization's email infrastructure. Your role will involve troubleshooting incidents, managing system administration challenges, and addressing network issues in collaboration with technical support teams to ensure effective resolutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop innovative solutions for complex email infrastructure challenges.
  • Utilize problem management systems to enhance process efficiencies and drive systems management functions.
  • Conduct regular operations management and preventative maintenance, including proactive monitoring and scheduled system checks.
  • Apply expertise in MS Exchange Servers, MS Office 365, and MS Azure to maintain optimal functionality and compliance of the email infrastructure.
  • Analyze technical communications related to email services supporting a vast number of inboxes.
  • Engage in technical change review meetings to assess the impact of changes on email services.
  • Lead discussions with global Subject Matter Experts to evaluate service performance and address escalation issues.
  • Ensure that email services adhere to established Service Level Agreements.
  • Test and deploy new features and updates in controlled environments to validate concepts.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of messaging services to identify and eliminate technical challenges.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for the MS Exchange suite of products.

Qualifications:
Applicants must possess a Bachelor's degree or its equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline, along with a minimum of five years of relevant experience in roles such as Messaging Engineer or Messaging Analyst.

Essential Skills:
Candidates should have at least three years of experience in the following areas:
  • In-depth knowledge of messaging and collaboration technologies, including MS 365 Cloud Productivity Suite and MS Exchange Server.
  • Expertise in designing and modernizing email services to enhance collaboration.
  • Experience in planning and executing messaging solution deployments aligned with organizational standards.
  • Proficiency in configuring and maintaining lab environments for solution development.
  • Involvement in solution delivery and defect management processes.
  • Ability to automate workflows using PowerShell scripting.
  • Collaboration with stakeholders to ensure the integrity and availability of email services.
