ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Address intricate business challenges through process redesign and cloud solutions.
Engage with stakeholders to capture requirements, evaluate current processes, and design new workflows.

Collaborate with the data engineering team and functional unit leaders to perform a gap analysis of capabilities, requirements, and technological needs.

Utilize business process re-engineering techniques for system modernization.
Create new standard operating procedures that align with business objectives.
Develop and maintain effective planning models and reporting tools to support the business planning cycle.
Prepare and present findings, recommendations, new operational models, and workflows in partnership with the business team.
Establish methodologies to measure process performance against set benchmarks.

Understand business needs and requests, identify solutions, gather information, and translate requirements into clear documentation for both business and IT stakeholders.
Work closely with business users to analyze processes and system challenges, transforming them into actionable system enhancements that improve operational efficiency and overall performance.

Collaborate with project teams and business partners throughout project planning, software delivery reviews, and User Acceptance Testing to ensure the software is implemented according to specifications.

Proficient in modeling techniques (e.g., process flows, use cases, swim lane diagrams, AS-IS / TO-BE diagrams, mock-ups/wireframes).
Experience with SAP or SAC is essential.
Familiarity with Finance or FP&A domains is advantageous.
Experience with Jira is a plus.
Knowledge of Information Security principles.
Understanding of ERP applications and integrations.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Over 10 years of IT experience, preferably in enterprise Business-to-Business sectors, including durable goods, construction, or building materials manufacturing.
More than 10 years of experience in systems analysis, data analysis, and design, with a proven track record of successful large-scale project implementations.
Certification as a Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or similar credential is preferred.
