Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply expertise in MS Exchange Servers, MS Office 365, and MS Azure to maintain email infrastructure.
  • Analyze technical communications related to email services supporting a large user base.
  • Engage in technical change review meetings to assess potential impacts on email services.
  • Facilitate discussions with Subject Matter Experts to address service issues and assign tasks.
  • Ensure email services operate within established Service Level Agreements.
  • Test and deploy new features in controlled environments to validate concepts.
  • Review messaging services regularly to identify and resolve technical challenges.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert for the MS Exchange product suite.
Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is required, along with a minimum of five years of relevant experience in roles such as Messaging Engineer or Messaging Analyst.

Additionally, candidates should possess:

  • Expertise in messaging and collaboration technologies, including MS 365 Cloud Productivity Suite and MS Exchange Server.
  • Experience in technology design and engineering to modernize email services.
  • Skills in planning and deploying messaging solutions in line with organizational standards.
  • Proficiency in configuring and maintaining lab environments for testing purposes.
  • Experience in solution delivery and defect management processes.
  • Ability to utilize PowerShell scripting for workflow automation.
  • Strong collaboration skills with various stakeholders to ensure service integrity.
