Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven professional to lead our sales efforts and develop relationships with existing and new clients. As a Business Development Leader, you will be responsible for learning our process, developing a deep understanding of our systems and processes, and leading a small team to achieve sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Service and Acquisition: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identify new business opportunities, and research potential clients to expand our customer base.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Supervise and mentor team members, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Utilize Salesforce-based CRM to track and analyze sales activity, providing regular reports and insights to inform business decisions.
  • Recruitment and Training: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, train new team members on our systems and processes, and provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities.

Requirements

  • Leadership and Sales Experience: Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Organizational and Time Management Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, and a strong understanding of sales analytics and reporting.

Licensing and Certification

  • Driver's License and Background Check: Must have a valid driver's license and a clean background check.
  • Transportation: Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel as needed.
