About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Engineer II to play a key role in shaping the future of robotic automation technology at Intelliswift.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop data visualizations to characterize and improve the performance of robotic automation technology.
  • Work cross-functionally with engineering teams, program managers, and leaders to deliver dashboards and tools.
  • Collaborate with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and Program Managers to define and deliver world-class analytics tools and insights.
Requirements
  • Masters in a quantitative field (Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent).
  • 6+ years of relevant experience in areas such as data and business analytics, statistical modeling, or data science.
  • Experience using additional visualization tools such as QuickSight or Grafana.
  • Familiarity with AWS and big data analytic tools (EMR, AWS Athena).
  • Understanding of data warehousing and data modeling.
  • Proven problem-solving skills, project management skills, attention to detail, and exceptional organizational skills.
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to take end-to-end ownership of projects and drive results.
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with business, leadership, and technical teams.
  • Motivation to mentor partner Business Intelligence Engineers on visualization best practices.
  • Experience using test / control methodology.
  • Working knowledge in scripting with R/Python for statistical analysis.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelors in quantitative field (Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent).
  • Experience building advanced data visualizations in Tableau to create end-to-end dashboard solutions.
  • Expertise in defining a data visualization identity for a department or company, and building data products within that brand.
  • Advanced knowledge in writing and optimizing SQL to handle vast datasets.
  • Ability to consume and manipulate large data sets and articulate its business impact.
