Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Work with our experienced team of Key Accounts Executives and Specialists to create and execute growth plans for our key customers, ensuring business meets and exceeds budget.
  • Pricing and Inquiries: Review, communicate, and update customer pricing in alignment with market conditions and collaborate with Key Accounts Executive to contribute to overall business growth.
  • Customer Service: Provide solutions to customer requests, issues, and inquiries to assure service excellence.
  • RFQ and RFI Management: Manage and execute RFQ's (Requests for Quotes) and RFI's (Request for Information) to support business growth.
  • Market Intelligence: Review market intelligence and collaborate with Key Accounts Executive to analyze business and execute on recommendations for growth.
  • New Business Opportunities: Support Key Accounts Executive in identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities focused on increased profitability.
  • Customer Relationships: Develop and enhance customer relationships to assist with the development and execution of strategies and growth plans to service our key customers.
  • Technical and Commercial Guidance: Provide technical and commercial guidance to key customers to solve problems.
  • Presentation and Meeting Support: Assist in preparing presentations for customer meetings and attend customer meetings as needed, create action plans, and assure timely follow up.
  • Strategic Customer Projects: Support Key Accounts Executive in execution of strategic customer projects, such as tail spends, in a timely and efficient way that supports customers meeting their growth goals.
  • Process Improvement: Create and implement ideas for process improvement to increase business efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Experience: 1-3+ years of working experience in B2B, preferably in the chemicals industry.
  • Skills: Strong team player, high work ethic, eager to learn and contribute, works independently, strategically minded, self-motivated individual with attention to detail, problem-solving ability focused on excellent customer service, ability to manage complexity and change in a dynamic environment, proactive with good time management skills, excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills, ability to build enduring relationships with customers and colleagues, proficient at Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint.
