About the Role


The Account Executive role at NFP is a key position in our client services team.


As an Account Executive, you will work closely with Advisors/Client Executives and Account Executives to service client accounts.


Your responsibilities will include supporting day-to-day account management, preparing materials for presentations and communications, and assisting team members with client servicing.



  • Maintain relationships with clients and carrier contacts.
  • Lead client meetings for assigned accounts.
  • Manage the renewal and marketing process from start to finish.
  • Communicate directly with clients and carriers.
  • Ensure client policy records are up-to-date in our agency management system.

Requirements


We are looking for highly organized individuals with excellent verbal and written communication skills.


You should be self-confident and able to make sound independent decisions.


Intermediate level experience in Microsoft Office and agency management systems is a must.


A BA/BS degree and P&C Insurance License are also required.
