Sales Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with a proven track record of success in managing complex customer accounts. You will be expected to develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, as well as identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify viable leads and manage prospects to acquire new, profitable commercial, industrial, and recycling business.
  • Utilize CRM tools to schedule and document all activities, and develop robust information profiles on prospective customers.
  • Develop and maintain an awareness of market behavior and competitive trends in designated markets to anticipate changing customer needs.
  • Conduct proactive retention calls and prepare sales presentations to grow existing major accounts.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of available services, lines of business, pricing structures, and offer additional services to existing and potential clients.
