Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate client acceptance processes and approvals
  • Prepare engagement letters and coordinate budgets with client service professionals
  • Prepare client bills and invoices in accordance with Firm guidelines
  • Coordinate deliverables, including drafting, editing, and formatting correspondence, reports, and proposals
  • Manage calendars and schedules, ensuring all parties are informed and up-to-date
  • Coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, distributing materials, and transcribing minutes
  • Compose and distribute professional correspondence, memos, and emails
  • Order and maintain supplies, coordinate equipment inventory, and perform general clerical duties
Requirements
  • Associate's degree (AA) or equivalent, 1-3 years of related experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Intermediate skill set with Microsoft Office 365 and Adobe Products
  • Intermediate skill with MS Dynamics data input
  • Commitment to excellence and high standards, with acute attention to detail
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with ability to manage priorities and workflow
  • Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels
  • Good judgment with ability to make timely and sound decisions
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees
  • Versatility, flexibility, and willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
