Position Overview
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to perform various administrative and clerical tasks in our law firm. Experience in an office environment is preferred.
Responsibilities:
• Scanning and organizing documents
• Answering phone calls and responding to messages
• Processing mail and packages
• Photocopying and faxing documents
• Maintaining filing systems and ensuring accuracy
Requirements:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and internet applications
• Experience with FedEx, UPS, and Certified Mail preferred
• Previous law firm experience is highly valued
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask with excellent communication skills
