Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Natural Organics Inc. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our team managers and members, assist with daily office needs, and manage our team's general administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to team managers and members
Assist with daily office needs, including data entry and order entry
Maintain a filing system and update office policies and procedures
Order office supplies and maintain contact lists
Develop and maintain spreadsheets in Excel
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

Requirements and Skills
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Admin Assistant
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Working knowledge of office equipment, including printer, copier, calculator, and fax machines
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular)
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Must have working knowledge in handling courier shipments (including document preparation)
Self-Starter
Fast learner
High School degree; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant
Export Documentation experience a plus
Second language a plus
Knowledge of SAP a plus
