This position requires excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
We are open to entry-level candidates or candidates with up to a year of office experience looking for a role with growth potential.
Computer proficiency is a must for this position.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Organizing and maintaining physical and digital filing systems
- Scanning and uploading documents into our digital database
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls in a professional manner
- Assisting with customer inquiries, providing a high level of service
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and other events
- Performing light bookkeeping tasks, such as data entry, invoice processing, and tracking expenses
- Preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations as needed
- Assisting with general office duties, including mail distribution and supply management
- Providing administrative support to various departments as required
The successful candidate will possess:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
