Sales Administrative Assistant

NaturesPlus is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Sales & Marketing Department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the EVP of Sales & Marketing and Director of Sales Administration.
  • Support and coordinate daily administrative needs and special projects.
  • Manage department calendar and schedule meetings.
  • Prepare and distribute weekly, monthly and as needed sales reports.
  • Process weekly expense reports for Sales Managers and Outside Sales Representatives.
  • Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies, maintaining records.
  • Help coordinate the launch of new products (communication, distribution, mailing etc.).
  • Support a variety of special projects, including National Sales Summits, National Trade Shows, Managers Meetings, and Sales Rep Training Classes.
Requirements:
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
  • Ability to work in high intensity, fast-paced environment.
  • Enjoy working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
  • SAP Experience is a plus.
  • High level of professionalism and business etiquette.

Possess a Can Do passionate attitude.

Prior administrative experience a plus; recent college grad may be considered.
