Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to join our Personal Lines department. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales team and delivering exceptional solutions to our growing client base.

As a Sales Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Assist with binding, quoting, and rating lines of coverage as needed
  • Enter client data into system applications
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team
  • Assist with marketing campaigns on LinkedIn
  • Review, process, and upload documentation into the agency management system
  • Manage assorted administrative tasks related to account maintenance, as required
  • Actively engage in learning; study industry trends
