Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior Manager, you will be accountable for cultivating and executing a collaborative business partnership between our Color Cosmetics and Tools division and key retail partners. Your role will be pivotal in achieving volume, market share, and profitability objectives while contributing to the overall growth of the category.

Essential Duties:

  • Develop and Execute Business Strategies: Create and implement a comprehensive Joint Business Category Plan that aligns with our retail partners' goals. Analyze market trends and consumer data to identify new business opportunities.
  • Manage Omni-Channel Initiatives: Lead the development of strategies that integrate our corporate objectives with the retail partner's market approach.
  • Forecasting and Demand Planning: Collaborate with the Demand Planning team to maintain accurate shipment forecasts and identify risks and opportunities in demand.
  • Relationship Management: Foster strong internal and external relationships to support business objectives. Work closely with teams across sales, marketing, finance, and logistics.
  • Market Development Fund Management: Oversee the Market Development Fund to ensure profitability and track investments against business plans.
  • Long-Term Planning: Execute long-range planning and annual business plans that align with company and partner timelines.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of direct sales experience in the consumer packaged goods industry, preferably in cosmetics.
  • Strategic Insight: Proven ability to identify sustainable growth opportunities through a deep understanding of business strategies.
  • Execution Excellence: Demonstrated capability to drive results and ensure flawless execution of plans.
  • Innovative Thinking: Experience in developing new business initiatives based on a comprehensive understanding of market dynamics.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to anticipate challenges and devise proactive solutions.
  • Effective Communication: Strong communication skills to engage with customers and internal stakeholders effectively.

Education: Bachelor's Degree required.

Compensation: The base salary range for this position is between $80,000 and $100,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, along with a 401k Retirement Savings Plan.
