Account Ownership and Process Excellence
HCL Technologies is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Manager to join our team. As a Senior Business Manager, you will be responsible for end-to-end ownership of the account, ensuring process adherence and compliance, team performance, and attendance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate Key Result Areas (KRAs) for Team Leaders and Team Members, ensuring timely and consistent delivery of results that exceed individual standards.
- Conduct regular appraisals and feedback sessions with Team Leaders, First-Line Team Leaders (FTs), and agents to drive performance and growth.
- Manage Performance and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure high customer satisfaction feedback from both internal and external clients.
- Plan and coordinate staffing activities in accordance with documented policies and procedures, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
- Effectively manage client relationships to maintain and grow existing business, driving revenue generation.
- Manage project budgets and schedules, ensuring timely completion of assigned projects and coordination of interrelated operational tasks.
Requirements:
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in managing multiple projects and teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
