Position Overview:

The Client Support and Order Management Specialist is pivotal in enhancing customer satisfaction by efficiently handling quotes, processing orders, and expediting requests. This position also includes front desk responsibilities, such as managing phone calls and assisting visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee procurement requests and create purchase orders for suppliers.
  • Engage with customers, vendors, and internal teams through various communication channels to manage orders effectively.
  • Elevate customer service standards to surpass expectations.
  • Support key initiatives to ensure customer satisfaction metrics are achieved.
  • Proactively track and manage customer orders to improve fill rates and overall satisfaction.
  • Perform additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma is required.
  • Customer-focused with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Highly organized, capable of managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.

Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (intermediate to advanced level).
  • Experience with automated order processing systems and online tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is advantageous but not mandatory.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years in Customer Service, Sales, or a related field.
  • Experience in distribution is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and report on extensive data sets.

Compensation Details: $19.00 to $20.00 per hour
