Compensation: Starting at $17/hr and above

Work Schedule: 9 am - 6 pm, Monday - Friday

Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service within a distribution setting.
  • Strong skills in Excel, Business Objects, and automated order processing systems.
  • Familiarity with the electrical distribution sector or related fields.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a crucial connection between the sales team, Global Sales Organization, and clients.
  • Assist in Key Program Initiatives to uphold high standards of customer satisfaction.
  • Address customer inquiries, manage order processing, and resolve issues efficiently through root-cause analysis.
  • Collect customer insights on market pricing and deliver timely quotes and proposals.
