- Calendar Management: Organize and prioritize calendars, maintain project logs, and ensure deadlines are met through effective follow-up.
- Meeting Coordination: Arrange meetings, video conferences, and travel logistics, including managing expense reports.
- Presentation Development: Create and edit presentations, utilizing spreadsheets and databases to compile relevant data.
- Communication Preparation: Prepare agendas and correspondence for leadership, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
- Project Engagement: Participate in and oversee various long- and short-term projects.
- Call Management: Handle calls with a high degree of professionalism and sensitivity.
- File Organization: Maintain and organize HR files and documentation.
- Talent Acquisition Support: Assist in sourcing candidates, reviewing applications, conducting preliminary interviews, and coordinating the hiring process.
- Onboarding Coordination: Oversee new employee onboarding activities to ensure a seamless transition into the organization.
- 1-2 years of experience in administrative support is preferred.
- Experience in Human Resources is advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to foster productive relationships.
- Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- A Bachelor's degree is required.
