Human Resources Administrator

We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Administrator to join our team at Compass Group Equity Partners. As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date personnel records, processing employee information, and providing administrative support for personnel matters.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain confidentiality in all matters related to personnel records and employee information.
• Process employee information, including personal data, payroll, tax data, performance reviews, transfers, and terminations.
• Enter data into company systems and ensure accuracy and completeness of records.
• Initiate and monitor background checks and communicate results to hiring managers.
• Maintain compliance with I9, OFCCP, and Human Resources policies, practices, and procedures.
• Compile data from personnel records to prepare reports and logs.
• Establish and maintain inventory of recruiting and onboarding materials.
• Support the process for selecting and onboarding new associates by scheduling appointments and helping candidates and associates complete paperwork.
Requirements:
• Previous clerical experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to perform the essential functions of this position satisfactorily with or without a reasonable accommodation.
