The Nuckolls Agencies, a prominent entity within Liberty National, is under the guidance of Tim Nuckolls.

Tim's journey is remarkable, having transitioned from a 15-year tenure as an electrician and satellite installer with DISH to the insurance sector, seeking a role that allowed him to remain closer to home.

Since founding the agency, Tim has broadened its presence to five locations, including major cities across the Midwest.

Under his stewardship, the Nuckolls Agencies have successfully nurtured four agency owners, reflecting a strong dedication to talent cultivation and advancement.

Outside of his professional life, Tim cherishes moments with his grandchildren and engages in various outdoor pursuits such as skiing, boating, golfing, and hunting. He also holds a keen interest in real estate.

Bailey Cordova

Years with The Nuckolls Agencies: 8.5 years

Previous Career:
Bailey transitioned from a restaurant management role in Hollister, MO, joining the Nuckolls team with aspirations for a better life and the ambition to be self-sufficient.

Throughout her tenure, Bailey has embraced multiple roles within the organization and remains the youngest Agency Owner in the company’s history. Recently, she shifted her focus within the company to prioritize family and achieve a healthier work-life balance.


Passions Outside of Business:
Bailey is a family-oriented individual, married with two children. She possesses a culinary arts degree and enjoys cooking, outdoor activities like kayaking, boating, and hiking, as well as gardening.

Leanna Love

Years with The Nuckolls Agencies: 2 years

Previous Career:
Leanna was a stay-at-home mom prior to joining our local team.

Passions Outside of Business:

Leanna enjoys traveling to warm destinations and spending quality time with her three children. She has a passion for exploring new culinary experiences, gardening, and entrepreneurship, and values family connections.

Jason Adams:

Years with The Nuckolls Agencies:
Over 15 years

Previous Career:

Jason's background includes selling furniture and coaching college basketball at a local Christian institution; he has since become a top performer in the history of Liberty National.


Passions Outside of Business:
Jason is married with four children and has a deep love for basketball.

Shay Zumwalt

Years with The Nuckolls Agencies: 2.5 years

Previous Career:
Shay transitioned from selling timeshares to our team, seeking greater flexibility to spend time with her family.

Despite initial challenges, Shay was intentional about her career transition and has seen significant growth since.


Passions Outside of Business:
Shay enjoys outdoor activities with her children and is actively involved in raising chickens and biking, as well as spending time on her sister's farm.
