Position Summary: The Visual Communications Specialist will be responsible for creating a bi-monthly promotional magazine along with various marketing materials that support our company and clientele. This role is crucial to the marketing effectiveness of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a wide array of marketing collateral, including advertisements, brochures, postcards, and sales materials.
  • Utilize various media and graphic design software to produce high-quality designs.
  • Innovate and conceptualize new design ideas, graphics, and layouts.
  • Assist in the creation and production of promotional items such as magazines, newsletters, flyers, and posters.
  • Capture photographs for use in publications.
  • Collaborate with media partners to enhance marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated professional experience in graphic design is essential.
  • Strong understanding of how visual elements can drive engagement and sales.
  • Proficiency in design software including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Print Layout.
  • Ability to meet both business and creative objectives through design.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and passionate about the impact of design.
  • Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
  • Creative, resourceful, and dependable.

Education and Experience:

  • A degree in graphic design is preferred.
  • Proven experience in the graphic design field is required.
