Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join our team. This role focuses on engaging with enterprise-level commercial clients, particularly large businesses requiring internet and telephone services. The ideal candidate will proactively identify sales opportunities, assess client needs, prepare tailored proposals, and successfully close deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in proactive sales initiatives, including outreach and needs assessments
  • Negotiate contracts with key decision-makers to drive revenue growth
  • Oversee installation projects to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Address customer inquiries and provide necessary support
  • Collaborate with the sales/service team to enhance customer experiences

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in telecommunications and internet sales, particularly with large business and government accounts
  • Ability to engage and sell to C-level executives
  • Experience in consultative sales techniques and customer needs analysis
  • Technical knowledge related to network design and local access services
  • Familiarity with telecommunications ordering and billing processes
  • Strong decision-making and customer retention skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience in a technology setting

Education:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
