The Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as an Account Executive in Molecular Diagnostics. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting molecular diagnostic testing, including infectious disease, respiratory, and transplantation.

As a trusted advisor, you will serve as a key contact for new and existing customers, developing strategic account plans, and delivering compelling value propositions. Your goal will be to expand your network, identify new opportunities, and drive sales growth.

With a deep understanding of our product line, you will work closely with internal colleagues to share information and best practices, while remaining actively involved in industry/customer organizations that impact business.

This is a field-based position, and the territory is Seattle, Washington & Alaska. Most of the customer base is located in the Seattle, Washington area. Ideal candidates should reside in Seattle, Washington.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet and exceed sales objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Present compelling value propositions to customers
  • Work closely with internal colleagues to share information and best practices

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years relevant sales or equivalent experience
  • Participation in an approved accelerated development, fellowship, or rotational program may be considered in lieu of experience

  • Good oral and written communication skills, including making impactful presentations
  • Proven leadership abilities
  • Negotiation, contracting, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a regulated environment
