Job Overview

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to support business growth and expansion
  • Administer human resource plans, programs, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition team to hire qualified candidates and develop effective recruitment strategies
  • Drive the Talent Management Process (TMP) to identify and develop high-potential employees
  • Responsible for HR-related administrative tasks, including personnel data maintenance, annual processes, and local reporting
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources or related field
  • Senior experience in human resources, with a proven track record of success in HR systems, coaching, and employee relations
  • HR certification preferred
  • Proven success in relationship management, problem-solving, and global acumen
  • Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills
What We Offer
