Job Overview

We are currently seeking a Full-Time HR Coordinator to support our administrative office in Pulaski, VA.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records within our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
  • Ensure timely submission of employee paperwork and payroll to Corporate Payroll/HR.
  • Supervise and evaluate administrative staff under the guidance of the administrator.
  • Collaborate with the Corporate Risk & Safety Director on employee and client safety matters.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2-year degree in a related field.
  • At least 1 year of computer data entry experience, preferably with billing experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
  • The ability to type 45-60 words per minute.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
  • Previous exposure to human resource functions.
