Job Overview
SUMMIT UTILITIES INC is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Support Specialist to provide top-notch administrative support to executive leaders and other departments. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office tools, and possess excellent communication skills.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to executive leaders, including calendar management, travel coordination, and expense report processing.
  • Assist with office management tasks, such as supply ordering, distribution list maintenance, and building facility issues resolution.
  • Support the team of Executive Assistants by providing backup for vacations and large projects.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in an administrative role in a corporate environment.
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
