Business Office Director

Are you a driven and detail-oriented leader looking to take on a challenging role in office administration? Vitality Living is seeking an experienced Business Office Director to join our team.
About the RoleThe Business Office Director will oversee various administrative tasks, including resident billing, payroll, and personnel files. This is a key position that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
We are looking for someone with at least 2-3 years of experience in office administration, preferably in a property management or senior living setting. Your salary will be around $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on your qualifications and experience.
Job Responsibilities- Oversight of resident billing activity, including receiving payments, posting payments to resident accounts, and assessing late fees.
- Review and submission of invoices to department managers for approval.
- Maintenance of team member personnel files and generation of bi-weekly payroll.
- Direct supervision of front desk staff and participation in weekend Leader on Duty rotation.
- Associates degree in business or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in office administration, preferably in a property management or senior living setting.
