Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Executive Administrative Assistant.

You will be responsible for providing high-level support to our executive leaders, coordinating logistics for meetings, and managing special projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing administrative support to executive leaders, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
  • Coordinating logistics for meetings, including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual equipment.
  • Creating PowerPoint presentations and accompanying materials.
  • Managing special projects, including event planning and project coordination.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • 3 or more years' experience in an administrative role in a corporate environment.
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Salary Range

$70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
