Key Responsibilities: Coordinating office activities, researching and preparing special reports, developing administrative policies and procedures, analyzing data pertinent to work programs and/or agency goals and objectives, preparing reports explaining findings and recommendations, assisting in developing or revising policies, procedures, and directives based on research findings; submitting to supervisor for approval, compiling financial information used by supervisor to formulate budget proposals and monitoring expenditures to ensure optimum operating efficiency, reviewing and answering or preparing correspondence relating to agency programs, interpreting agency administrative directives, policies, and procedures to ensure consistent application, providing information, assistance, and clarifications to interested parties concerning agency programs, policies, and procedures, assisting supervisor by maintaining leave records, appointment calendar, and prioritizing incoming correspondence, supervising a small to medium-sized administrative support staff and evaluating the work performance of incumbents.

Estimated Salary Range: $29,045.95 - $42,117.00 per year
