Key Responsibilities

  • Provide legal counsel to clients regarding estate planning, wills, trusts, and the administration of estates.
  • Prepare and review legal documents related to trusts and estates, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and health care directives.
  • Represent clients in probate and surrogate court.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with regular updates and ensuring their needs are met.
Requirements
  • Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
  • Active membership in the Maryland Bar.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in trust and estate law, with a focus on probate administration and estate administration.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts to clients in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to solve complex legal issues.
