Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee all facets of trust and estate management, including probate processes and estate planning.

  • Offer legal guidance to clients concerning estate planning, wills, trusts, and estate management.
  • Draft and evaluate legal documents associated with trusts and estates, such as wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and health care directives.
  • Advocate for clients in probate and surrogate court proceedings.
  • Establish and nurture robust relationships with clients, providing consistent updates and ensuring their requirements are addressed.
Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctorate from an accredited law institution.
  • Active membership in the Maryland Bar.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in trust and estate law, particularly in probate and estate administration.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities, capable of conveying complex legal concepts to clients in a clear and accessible manner.
  • Strong research and analytical skills, adept at resolving intricate legal challenges.
