Job Title: Engagement Director


The Engagement Director plays a critical role in driving business growth and expansion within existing client accounts. This involves providing executive-level oversight and direction for client relationships, ensuring successful project delivery and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities include:

  • Serving as the primary point of contact for executive-level client relationships, ensuring their needs and expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Providing strategic oversight of project deliverables, timelines, and quality, ensuring that all engagements align with client objectives.
  • Driving client satisfaction and retention by offering innovative solutions and addressing client issues through appropriate escalation processes.
  • Leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope, while maintaining the highest quality standards.
  • Identifying opportunities for business growth and expansion within existing accounts.
  • Collaborating with internal departments to ensure project alignment with client requirements.
  • Managing budget, resources, and timelines for multiple, concurrent client engagements.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to foster long-term client partnerships and improve overall business performance.


Required qualifications to be successful in this role include:

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in business, management, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in client engagement, project management, or a related executive role.
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale client accounts and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills.
  • PMP Certification; Advanced project management capabilities, with a track record of overseeing multiple, complex engagements.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to adapt to changing client needs and market conditions.
  • Ability to manage escalations, resolve conflicts, and maintain strong relationships with both clients and internal teams.


Security Clearance Required:


Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
