Job Summary

Everest Insurance is seeking a skilled Client Executive to create and maintain strong relationships with our global clients. As a Client Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth, improve client satisfaction, and increase retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client service and support
  • Monitor and analyze client feedback to inform business decisions and improve client satisfaction
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve client retention and reduce churn

Requirements

  • Proven experience in client-facing roles, preferably in the insurance industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop insights to inform business decisions
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
