Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Client Relationship Manager to support our existing clients through best-in-class customer service. As a member of our Account Management Team, you will engage with high-end/high-risk clients, including luxury retail, property management, art galleries, and hospitality, to further their knowledge of our company and grow our business with them.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in relationship reviews with clients over the course of their existing contracts.
  • Propose and negotiate contract extensions, rate changes, and other terms of their agreements.
  • Visit client locations in the NYC and surrounding metro area.
  • Perform ongoing process and procedural reviews with clients.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of client-facing relationship management experience (sales and/or high-end customer service).
  • Experience negotiating with clients both face-to-face and over the phone.
  • Exceptional communication skills, strong computer skills, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, think on your feet, and adapt to the many challenges you will face throughout the workday.
  • Interact with our wide range of clients from individual business owners to corporate executives.
  • A bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
