About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our team at Revival Home Health & Hospice. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing and managing a network of providers, facilities, and community-based clinics to foster utilization of home health services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a market strategy to reach or exceed predetermined quotas for episodic payer admissions for home health services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, including providers, facilities, and community-based clinics.
  • Provide education and training to referral sources on home health services, including documentation and criteria for patient admission.
  • Collaborate with agency leadership to establish an approach for engaging referral sources that ensures insurance payer mix aligns with company expectations.
  • Execute a weekly, monthly, and quarterly strategy to increase market share through key account development of existing and prospective accounts.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or more than 2 years of sales experience.
  • Successful experience in business development or healthcare-related role.
