We are in search of a results-oriented Lead Survey Project Strategist with a strong focus on business growth to join our team.

In this role, you will oversee all facets of survey projects from inception to completion, primarily concentrating on expanding our client portfolio and nurturing relationships with existing clients.

This position demands exceptional project management abilities, a deep understanding of survey methodologies, and a proven history of business development within the market research sector.


Business Growth:
  • Identify and pursue new business prospects within the market research domain.
  • Develop and execute strategies to broaden the company's client portfolio.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and convert them into profitable business opportunities.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to leverage opportunities and mitigate risks.

Project Oversight:
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of survey projects on schedule and within budget.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (researchers, data analysts, programmers, etc.) to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop project timelines, allocate resources, and monitor progress to meet project objectives.
  • Implement quality control measures to ensure the accuracy and reliability of survey data.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns throughout the project lifecycle.

Client Relationship Development:
  • Foster strong, enduring relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback, assess satisfaction levels, and identify areas for enhancement.
  • Anticipate client needs and proactively offer solutions and recommendations to add value to their projects.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on survey methodologies, data analysis, and actionable insights.
  • Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to junior team members, promoting a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of project management and business development.
  • Encourage innovation and continuous improvement, driving the team towards achieving organizational goals and objectives.

What You Bring to SAM:
  • Proven track record in business development within the market research sector, particularly focused on survey projects.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and allocate resources effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Solid understanding of survey methodologies, data collection techniques, and statistical analysis.
  • Professional License preferred.
