Domino's Corporate is seeking a highly skilled Lead Construction Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our construction management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of new restaurants and physical growth initiatives across the country.

Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage multiple construction projects and general contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of restaurants and physical growth initiatives.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, municipalities, and vendors to ensure construction design standards are met.
  • Conduct onsite quality assurance evaluations to ensure work is carried out efficiently and within budget.
  • Communicate effectively with regional business consultants and other stakeholders to ensure alignment across all disciplines.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with franchise owners, general contractors, and vendors to ensure successful project outcomes.

Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Architecture, or 5+ years of commercial construction management experience.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with ability to manage multiple ongoing initiatives.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to create and maintain project timelines, budgets, and quality control measures.
  • Experience managing outside contractors and vendors, with a focus on cost savings and efficiency.
