Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing our culinary vision, ensuring high-quality food products, and maintaining a safe and efficient kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Development: Collaborate with our Chef Partner to develop and execute our culinary vision, ensuring that our menu offerings are innovative, delicious, and aligned with our brand values.
  • Quality Control: Establish and maintain standards for quality control, recipe adherence, and sanitation practices to ensure that our food products meet the highest standards of excellence.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop our culinary team, providing guidance, coaching, and training to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in their roles.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee monthly inventory, proactively monitor food costs and waste, and implement systems to minimize waste and optimize inventory levels.
  • Cost and Labor Management: Oversee payroll hours to budgeted labor percentage, evaluate productivity, and make recommendations for efficiency.
  • Culture and Teamwork: Set the example for how to lead a professional kitchen, create an inspiring environment, and foster a culture of respect, accountability, and open communication.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a kitchen leadership position or a similar role.
  • Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Team mindset and ability to work collaboratively with others.
  • Passion for innovation and a commitment to excellence.
