About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Black & Veatch. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, scheduling, and budgeting.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage project teams, including engineers, technicians, and other support staff.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with projects, ensuring the company's interests are protected.
  • Communication and Reporting: Develop and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, construction management, or business administration.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members. Proficient in project management software, including MS Project, Asana, or Trello.
